Smoked Fish Cracker Spread
Take out all the bones out of the meat
Stir in mayonnaise and Miracle Whip 50/50 until the right consistency
Add Cayenne Pepper, to desired spiciness
Add 2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
If the fish is not smoked you can add Liquid smoke to give it a smoky flavor.
Spread on crackers
